This form is used by Community Members who wish to display important Community Notices or Information relevant to the regions CEQ services. This portal allows you to upload 2 images/videos, information documents and provide consent and relevant display information all at the same time. Please fill the form out in full and we appreciate your participation in CEQ Media.

    Please attach mp4 1920x1080px no longer than 2 mins with no audio or audio removed from the file. Frame rate of each panel message to be no less than 7 seconds for content 5 seconds for title and closing slides.
